The Mason Family Circus

Emma wanted to host her first tea party. She got all her cups out and put on her party personality. It wasn't too long before the party got out of hand though.

(From Helen:) Hi Everyone: Attached is a PowerPoint presentation that Robert made and uploaded for Jack to show him where he's moving. It's a big file, but you guys might be interested as well. Not inside pics yet, but hopefully, soon.

It's looking like we've got a place to call home in Korea.

Robert has found a 4-bedroom flat just outside of the "back"gate to the base. It is apparently the third floor of a three-story building. We'll just call it our penthouse suite. (It better be for the price!)

The details are a bit vague and the deal won't be final until next Wednesday when the base housing office can go out and "sign-off" on it. They have to check to make sure the place is up to par (which it is).

We have a date! We finally we have tickets, passports, and visas. We are leaving for Korea on July 5th and arrive there many, many, many hours later. (I think we get there on the 6th.) Long trip.

The good news is that Robert has been allowed to come back to get us. Yeah! That will make a long trip easier.

Robert is adjusting to the time change finally, but is looking forward to getting his family back. I'm sure it helps to have a date in mind now.

Moving DayThe movers came yesterday to pack our "small" shipment for Korea. Jack had fun checking out the truck. He decided that he didn't want to ride in the crate, but would rather fly instead. He's handling the stress of change quite well and is mostly just looking forward to seeing Daddy again soon. He's starting to realize we're leaving and says that he's really going to miss his friends. That will be hard.
